We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. We will reimburse you for your purchase on any of our products if they arrive defective. If you are not satisfied due to an error on your part, such as choosing the wrong size or color, we will still do our best to refund as much as possible. We are not be able to offer a full refund on most products since almost all of our work is custom. We can offer 50% of the subtotal credited back to your credit card (or a refund check sent) or 75% in-store credit toward another item.
